Hello there!
I am Arturo Ríos, a Mexican User Experience Designer with background in Industrial Design.
I started my career developing physical products for an R+D company, where I had the opportunity to actively participate in the conceptualization of projects and witness firsthand the transformation of rough ideas into commercial goods. After that I decided to change atoms for pixels and started developing digital experiences for ERP software and the eCommerce industry.
Currently, I am working at Wizeline as Senior UX Designer, having the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering meaningful products and services for Fortune 2000 companies, leading product design through exercising my UX Research, Interaction Design, and Business Design skills, as well as learning and sharing UX practices with educational institutions through Wizeline Academy and writing on Medium.
My areas of expertise are product strategy, high-fidelity prototyping, facilitation, UX writing, and interaction design.
